Robert, please pass on to Matt that a similar book exists, "The Evolution of Beauty" by Yale professor Richard Prum.

Overall, I really liked this podcast. However, one issue I have with it is Mr. Ridley's assertion that the Covid vaccines had no effect on transmission of the virus. They certainly did not eliminate the possibility of transmission, but they significantly reduced the transmissibility of the of the initial strain of the virus, admittedly with decreasing effectiveness with succeeding strains. Hybrid immunity, resulting from vaccination and infection, resulted in the best protection against subsequent infection. See this NIH study: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC10073587/

Great to hear you back on the podcast. I missed the Power Hungry Podcast. I found your guests very knowledgeable and found it an excellent source of 'the right information' in a world full of a crazy misguided agenda. What gives me hope is people like you and your guests speaking out. Keep up the excellent work!

Informative and entertaining. Good combination. Look forward to future episodes.

As to your comment about writing and deriving enjoyment from crafting the occasional numerous phrase, I have to tell you I laughed out loud after reading your comment about the ‘shit schnitzel’ being consumed by the Germans during the recent collapse in their renewable energy grid.

Mr. Bryce: It seems Mr. Ridley is very supportive of continued use of the mRNA Covid vaccines. Do you know if he is aware of the recent data showing an alarming increase in all cause deaths, increase in cancers in younger age group, and increases in heart complications in vaccinated populations?

Will do. I will be posting them occasionally. Need to work out a few kinks on the audio and presentation, but I was pleased to get this one published here on Substack.

W&S is a dead loss... as is NetZero.... The Climate is always changing, its not an emergency, and its mostly not us.

Pollution by humans is a far bigger issue, and this should be our focus.

Does solar make sense in Britain at any time?

Some sunshine would be nice here for sure. Photovoltaic panels (with battery storage) make sense on my roof, because of the very high electricity prices, otherwise they wouldn't. Proper economic analysis of solar on the grid shows it wouldn't be an investment proposition for rational people, which is where government comes in.
